As my career in human resources has progressed through the years, my training, research and experience continues to focus my passion on embedding integrity- based HR practice in organizations.   The three key ways I go about this are firstly, by building an understanding of integrity-based HR practices, secondly, by developing professional HR practitioners, and thirdly, by coaching and supporting all employees in pursuing integrity-based outcomes.   I continue to work on refreshing my own learning, insight and practice so that I can bring the best of current research and application to all my assignments, which enables me to contribute in a collegiate fashion to the execution of progressive human resource practice.
